About this role

As the Digital Marketing Analyst, you will be the data engine behind Boulder’s growth marketing efforts. You’ll monitor performance across channels, analyze campaign effectiveness, and uncover insights that drive patient acquisition.

This role is ideal for someone who loves turning complex data into clear stories — enabling our team to make smarter, faster decisions. You’ll work closely with the Director of Growth Marketing and other team members to track CAC, ROAS, and overall marketing efficiency.

What you'll do:

Performance Measurement & Reporting – 50%

  • Monitor campaign performance across paid, organic, and partner channels
  • Track CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and channel-level ROI
  • Maintain dashboards and deliver regular reports to the Growth team and leadership

Data Insights & Optimization – 40%

  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve performance through data analysis
  • Support testing frameworks (A/B tests, creative experiments, etc.) and share actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align tracking and attribution models

Tooling & Systems – 10%

  • Manage analytics and data integrations (Google Analytics, Looker, Freshpaint, etc.)
  • Support tagging, event tracking, and data quality audits

What you bring:

  • Minimum 3 years in digital marketing analytics or performance marketing required
  • Strong proficiency with Google Analytics and Excel/Sheets
  • Experience with Looker, Freshpaint, or equivalent BI/analytics tools preferred
  • Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable insights
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Work environment

  • This is a fully remote role but we are currently only hiring candidates located in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, KY, MA, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA, or WV. Applicants must reside and work in one of those states to be considered

  • Office Requirements: Boulder teammates working with sensitive information must have a dedicated, private workspace with a lockable door and high-speed internet to maintain a secure, distraction-free environment, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards
  • Boulder Care employees are free to use our river-front HQ located in Portland, OR whenever they would like

Expected hours of work

This is a full-time position expected to work 40 hours between Monday-Friday during standard business hours.
