What you’ll be responsible for:

The Corporate Platforms, Web & Tools Executive will play a pivotal role in steering our company through its growth by creating exceptional online experiences for employees, executives and valued customers. With over 20+ years of experience in Corporate systems, User Experience Design, IT Web team leadership, portal optimization, Global web caching, the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of delivering Enterprise scale platforms and tools company wide. Experience should be inclusive of running corporate platforms at scale, experience with platform & web Implementation and operations, Intranet management, Content Management Systems, Communities, Wiki’s, major corporate SaaS products which provide the foundational systems for the Enterprise. Skills for “In country” localized design across the tools set is required. Experience in associated tooling to optimize at scale and vendor management with 3rd party platforms and agencies expected. Background assignments with Technology or Financial verticals preferred.

What you'll work on:

  • Corporate Platforms: Lead the effort to centralize platforms in use. Rationalize disparate and redundant platforms across the Enterprise with a focus on Best of Breed choices, Security considerations & cost savings via consolidation
  • Strategic Digital Experience Design: Lead the vision and strategy for creating new and innovative digital experiences for employees, enhancing productivity and satisfaction. Operate at Enterprise Scale.
  • IT Web Team Leadership: Establish and manage a dedicated IT Web Platform team focused on enabling the business to become more efficient and agile during its growth phase.
  • IT Tooling : Leadership and Implementation of tooling for Circle intranet, including Web Platform, Web caching, Wiki, CMS, associated web metrics and tracking, Collaboration tools and other as determined
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing,HR, Finance, Security, Line of business executives to execute strategic corporate initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Work cross functionally for content ownership and protection corporate wide.
  • Project Leadership: Lead internal and external projects, driving improvements in self-service capabilities and realizing efficiencies of communication and content dissemination for the organization.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Foster an IT team culture of innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging the latest technologies and methodologies to enhance digital experiences.
  • Performance Measurement: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of digital initiatives, focusing on tangible and measurable outcomes.

What you’ll bring to Circle:

  • Minimum 20+ years of experience in digital experience design, experience leading globally on UX/UI, Employee Web development, Content Management Systems, IT platform operations
  • Must have Demonstrated Experience in building and operating a Digital Web Experience at scale for known Enterprise company (Technology/Financial preferred)
  • Proven track record of leading successful digital projects that improve efficiency and save costs.
  • Strong people management skills with experience in building and managing high-performing IT teams.
  • Thought leadership and deep understanding of Employee Experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for working cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for creating transformative digital experiences.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) in Design, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • This position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Circle is on a mission to create an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core. We consider a wide variety of elements when crafting our compensation ranges and total compensation packages.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Pay Range: $217,500 - $270,000

Annual Bonus Target: 25%

Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy. We also provide 10 days of paid sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
