What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

  • Our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are the initial sales touchpoint, and are critical to the sales organization as they grow and development our sales pipeline. Success in this role directly impacts revenue generation, and how the company successfully engages and interacts with our customers. SDRs both inbound and outbound new opportunities and are the driving force for growth for our enterprise sales team.
  • Daily, Monthly goals on both outbound and inbound sales generation. Tracking pipeline development and growth, while working closely with salespeople to improve your success rates.
  • Go getter mentality,, ability to prioritize, and speak to senior management at prospective clients who are looking at our enterprise suite of solutions.

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

  • 2+ years of sales development experience
  • Team player, goal focused, client service focused, problem-solving abilities, strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to move fast, ask insightful questions to clients, and work closely with our field sales organization to target and develop opportunities
  • Fast learner, great listener, metrics driven

Nice to haves:

  • Financial client experience, government client experience, Fortune 500 client experience
  • Proficient with the best and latest sales applications for sales leads
  • Crypto knowledge and experience

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
Pay Range:
$109,650$129,000 USD
