Overview
We are looking for (very) senior software engineers focusing on the backend to join the Bastion engineering team. In this role, you will be architecting, building and implementing our technology strategy. You will collaborate closely with a high-performing engineering team, GTM, compliance, and product to bring out stablecoin infrastructure to market.
We are mostly based in New York, but are open to amazing engineers anywhere in the United States as long as you are effective working remotely.
Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and execute on our technology roadmap, transitioning from early-stage prototypes to scalable and resilient full-scale production backend services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and the company's overarching strategy.
Integrate with web3 technologies and protocols, emphasizing secure connections, data flow, and adaptability to the evolving needs of the business and market trends.
Deliver technology solutions that consistently meet or exceed customer expectations, driving the company's growth and success.
Continuously stay updated with the latest trends in backend and web3 development, ensuring Bastion remains at the forefront of technological advancements.
Establish a scalable tech architecture that not only supports current business needs but also adapts to future market dynamics and customer demands.
