THE POSITION

We are currently looking for a Marketing Partnerships Associate to support the operations for our Partnerships team. This role will sit within the Marketing organization and assist with operations within the Marketing Partnerships team. If you have a passion for sports, are interested in talent partnerships, and enjoy working on multiple projects we’d love to hear from you.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

Manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of various talent and media driven campaigns across

Manage the implementation and quality assurance of campaign assets

Identify, negotiate, and sign new talent partnerships to support business needs and tentpole events

Activate existing partnerships ensuring key KPIs are met

Generate inputs and insights for interval reporting such as daily and weekly performance, competitive, creative, and various project updates

Work cross-functionally with Analytics, Media Ops, Commercial, Integrated Campaign Marketing and Growth on campaign development and execution

Coordinate with external partners on day to day needs and deliverable management

Support budgeting, invoicing, reconciliations and partner authorizations

Facilitate ad-hoc requests as needed

Opportunity to mentor junior members within the Media and Demand Generation Team

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

Minimum 3-4 years of experience managing respective channels preferred

Bachelor's degree with strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a talent marketing role at either an agency or on the operator side preferred

Knowledge or understanding of the business and culture of sports and gaming preferred

Meaningful experience working with talent/influencer and performance marketing and media metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV) and understanding of the utilization and relationship between them

Comfortable managing concurrent projects in an ever-evolving, fast-paced landscape

Analytically driven with strong understanding of underlying data and methodologies used to inform decision making and drive performance management

Strong understanding of marketing, testing and reporting methodology

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity negotiating favorable rates with talent and advertising partners

Ability to interface with a wide range of internal teams and ability to build strong relationships

Meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, project management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize

Experience working across multiple businesses within a larger corporate structure is preferred

The applicable hourly range for this position is $30.77 to $42.31 which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
