THE POSITION:
Our roster has an opening with your name on it

We’re looking for Commercial Strategy, Senior Manager to join the Canada Casino or Canada Sportsbook Commercial team! This person will be responsible for the commercial strategy, execution, and P&L. The Commercial Senior Manager will work closely with the Canada Leadership team and Cross-Functional stakeholders to drive revenue growth – profitably and responsibly. This person will lead the development and execution of coherent strategies with a relentless focus on the customers.

THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play

• Be a champion of FanDuel’s Responsible Gaming Standards
• Steward of the commercial strategy, execution, and P&L (Casino or Sportsbook)
• Own the quarterly and annual forecast for Canada
• Develop and implement commercial strategies that drive revenue growth – profitably and responsibly
• Define player proposition and tangible KPIs for sportsbook, casino cross-sell, and direct casino players and ensure propositions are effectively delivered
• Identify “Moments that Matter” throughout the year – build coherent execution plans with cross-functional teams to dominate these moments
• Consistently deliver actionable insights backed by customer data to drive decisions
• Actively identify opportunities to optimize contracts to deliver value for FanDuel and suppliers
• Partner with marketing to influence – with actionable insights – the management of a multi-million budget
• Partner with Product to influence – with actionable insights – the prioritization of the product roadmap
• Coach and manage the Canada Casino or Sportsbook Commercial team

THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate

• 6+ years of progressive career experience in a consulting, finance, marketing, or commercial role
• Educational background in commerce or a quantitative field with strong GPA
• Experience managing, coaching, and building a team is required
• Demonstrate ability to excel in an cross-functional environment: this is a highly x-Functional role working with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Tech, VIP, CS, Fraud, Responsible Gaming, AML, etc.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to completing tasks when relied upon to deliver results
• Interest in learning about the online sportsbook / gaming industry
• Expected travel around ~10% of the time – Domestic and International
