THE POSITION:

We’re looking for a Casino Acquisition Strategy and Planning Manager that will drive new customer acquisition and activation strategy across our products to drive company growth. This is an energizing role with the opportunity to make a material impact on the business outcome for FanDuel Group.

THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Responsible for traditional performance management and reporting of our marketing activities
  • Integral in financial planning and analysis for media spend and acquisition generosity
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to drive customer growth through innovative functional enhancements and strategies
  • Partner with the Media & Demand Generation Team to ensure our paid media works hard and delivers efficient results.
  • Continuously seek to improve our conversion metrics
  • Leverage our suite of products, media assets, partnerships and relationships to help deliver cross sell plans that benefit all FanDuel Group businesses
  • Optimize acquisition campaigns by analyzing market trends and testing new targeting segments
  • Opportunity to own growth initiatives and drive material business outcomes
  • Advocate for and be a role model of the Acquisition Marketing Team to influence wider marketing priorities and product and technology roadmaps
  • Identify, grow, and develop top talent within the Acquisition Marketing Team

THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital or growth marketing with a focus on consumer acquisition preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Analytical field (or other relevant discipline) preferred
  • Managerial or mentorship experience preferred
  • Proven Growth mindset; Product led, data driven, and highly creative
  • Proficient in a range of tools across the marketing stack (Amplitude, Adjust, GA, Chartio, Optimizely)
  • Results oriented, with the need to be objective and measure performance
  • Metrics driven and continuously seeking improvement of marketing efforts to increase quality and productivity
  • Strong analytical rigor to your decision making
  • Ability and eagerness to effectively balance the big-picture strategic work with execution
  • Customer focused
  • Interest in the Online Gaming Industry preferred

The applicable salary range for this position is $99,000 to $136,000 which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
