THE POSITION:
Our roster has an opening with your name on it

FanDuel is seeking a Marketing Manager to manage Integrated Campaigns across all marketing teams (including media, creative, CRM, growth, social, etc.), as well as internal and external stakeholders, taking into account each unit's functional expertise while ensuring all channels are aligned on the goal and message hierarchy.

THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Manage consumer-facing campaign initiatives around assigned sports properties from strategy through execution and reporting
  • Assess the efficacy of the strategy following each campaign by working with commercial, insights, and analytics teams, and adapt future campaigns based on learnings
  • Create run-of-show presentation or post-mortem decks for marketing campaigns, maintaining a resource of past campaign results and sharing with stakeholders
  • Become a go-to person for insights about the sporting calendar, as well as our competition and industry
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with a wide-range of internal stakeholders to establish effective communications strategy throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Ensure adherence to guidelines and processes while seeking opportunities to improve current ways of working
  • Key contributor in the ideation of promotions that are compliant with regulations
  • Develop strategies that inform the creation of creative briefs and result in exceptional creative execution
  • Understand business objectives and help prioritize key marketing opportunities to achieve these goals
  • Mentor and/or manage junior members of the team

THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 5+ years of marketing experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Experience running marketing campaigns, timelines and deployment in a robust business required
  • Proficient in managing concurrent projects in an ever-evolving, fast paced landscape
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Familiarity with project management and testing tools like Asana and Optimizely a plus
  • Knowledge of sports or heavily regulated industries is a plus

The applicable salary range for this position is $99,000 - $136,000 which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.

This role includes flexible time off (including unlimited paid time off for full-time employees) and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
