THE POSITION

FanDuel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a VIP Operations Associate. As a VIP Operations associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient execution of our day-to-day Operations in VIP. You will collaborate with various teams within the company to aide in improving processes, analyzing data, and providing operational support across our multiple products.

THE GAME PLAN

• Assist in the implementation and improvement of operational processes across all our products within the VIP department.
• Participate in collaborating with various teams to gather data, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational activities.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of processes and procedures.
• Work closely with compliance to help facilitate knowledge and adherence to regulatory requirements and policies.
• Participate in meetings and staff trainings to enhance knowledge and skills and follow up on action items as assigned.
• Assist in coordinating and executing projects and initiatives as assigned.

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

• Minimum of 2 years in similar operational or analytical role preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of sports and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus.

The applicable hourly range for this position is $26.92 - $37.02, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.

This role includes flexible time off (including unlimited paid time off for full-time employees) and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
