Our roster has an opening with your name on it

The Sportsbook Commercial Director will work closely with the Commercial Vice President to set the sportsbook VIP strategy and act as liaison with the different stakeholders to ensure that it gets properly implemented across the organization (e.g. marketing, product, risk and trading, customer operations).

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Provide business expertise to inform VIP strategy across product and marketing
  • Evaluate and assess ROI of new ideas and build business cases to support investment decisions
  • Develop and execute on the VIP value proposition
  • Monitor and report on the competitive landscape and market trends
  • Work with the VIP team and broader commercial team to set commercial targets
  • Use subject matter expertise to provide actionable insights to drive revenue cross-functionally
  • Monitor the business performance, key drivers and trends, and report regularly to the leadership team
  • Constantly review the entire P&L and come with recommendation to drive the business to a higher level of profitability
  • Serve as a people and thought leader both within the team and with supporting teams

What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Degree in quantitative or business fields preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial/analytics/strategy/customer intelligence is preferred
  • Strategic Mind-set: takes a long-term view and anticipates future trends and implications
  • Collaborates: is a team player - works with the team and stakeholders across the organization to get things done
  • Commercial acumen: advanced understanding of business principles and understands the levers
  • Industry expertise: either gaming industry experience or a proven track record of quickly becoming a SME and developing an advanced understanding of industry dynamics
  • Understand the different components of a P&L and is familiar with the budgeting process
  • Experience in online businesses/ecommerce
  • Understand the fundamentals of online marketing
  • Advanced in PowerPoint and Excel
