THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it

FanDuel is seeking a Procurement Associate to support sourcing events and category management activities across multiple areas such as Technology, Marketing, Payments & Professional Services. This individual will support spend/contract analytics, RFx and sourcing activities along with supplier program management tasks.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

• Collaborate with key stakeholders in several categories to ensure contracts are transacted efficiently and effectively.
• Lead negotiations for low to medium value engagements, ensuring FanDuel’s Procurement policy is adhered to throughout the process.
• Support FanDuel’s Category Managers with RFx’s and other strategic initiatives to deliver value to our customers and support team goals.
• Support FanDuel’s Category and SRPM Managers with the co-ordination of strategic business reviews.
• Conduct spend and contract analysis to support FanDuel’s Senior Category Managers with the development of Category Strategies across their business areas.
• Utilize interpersonal and critical thinking skills to develop better relationships with key stakeholders to support adherence to Procurement policies.
• Initiate and implement process improvements which improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the procurement process as needed.

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

• Approx. 2+ years of relevant work experience performing Procurement related activities.
• Exhibits high attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy, especially in the defining of project requirements.
• Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in support of departmental goals.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (advanced skill set), MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
• Self starter, with excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and customer service skills.
• Candidate must be a team player and able to work with a strong sense of urgency.
• Knowledge of Contract and Spend Analysis helpful.

The applicable hourly range for this position is $30.77 - $42.31, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.

This role includes flexible time off (including unlimited paid time off for full-time employees) and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
