THE POSITION

FanDuel is looking for a Marketing Senior Associate to help drive our customer retention and test & learn strategy. You will play a key role in optimizing our promotional strategy and proposition through data-driven insights. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to help drive revenue impact at a premier gaming company.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Design and execute a Test & Learn roadmap to evaluate the effectiveness of promotions based on data-driven commercial and engagement insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Commercial and Analytics to develop hypotheses, testing strategies and post-test evaluation metrics
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights and proliferate key learnings
  • Work with the wider CRM team to apply key testing insights and actions to the overall strategy
  • Develop and maintain testing frameworks & documentation to maintain consistency and accuracy
  • Continuously iterate and improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Optimize promotional merchandising strategy across platforms and states
  • Track customer journey data (i.e. promotional funnel) to better understand and resolve customer pain points
  • Collaborate with Data and Product teams to optimize reporting dashboards and overall data visibility
  • Monitor key metrics and performance indicators on the performance of promotions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM, Gaming, and testing

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM, marketing analytics, or related roles.
  • Proficiency with A/B testing, including exposure to relevant statistics topics such as hypothesis testing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to work through ambiguity and deliver solutions to business problems.
  • Presents findings and next steps clearly and with impact, tailoring to the specific audience
  • Keeps stakeholders updated with relevant and timely information
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
  • Strong organizational skills & effectiveness in project management
  • Has a positive attitude and loves opportunities to collaborate with others
  • Avid sports and gaming fan, and have played FanDuel or competitive products.
  • Willing to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and evening shifts.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

The applicable salary range for this position is $80,000- $100,000, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
