THE POSITION

FanDuel is looking for a consumer-focused Product Manager to drive our user sign up and onboarding initiatives. You will play a key role on the Product Acquisition & Onboarding team, with full ownership over our user sign up sign journeys, and will collaborate with multiple departments within FanDuel including, but not limited to Engineering, Design, Commercial, Analytics, UX Research, and Customer Service. This is an exciting opportunity to help elevate revenue by driving sign up optimization initiatives across all products at a premier gaming company.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN

  • Inform, shape, and drive execution of product initiatives aimed at improving the sign up experience of our products
  • Establish and maintain domain expertise on the product, market, and competitors
  • Assess product opportunities and contribute meaningfully to ideation and prioritization for new
    initiatives and products
  • Ensure transparency and alignment with organizational stakeholders
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and operational functions to ensure successful
    product deliveries and launches
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute post-launch optimizations and improvements
  • Track and report objectively on product performance, OKRs and KPIs

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a product manager or similar role required
  • Proven track record of delivering successful and innovative products
  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while effectively balancing scope, prioritization resourcing, time, and quality
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables
  • Demonstrated success cross-functionally influencing teams without formal authority
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics & Amplitude
  • Obsessed with analytics, consumer behavior and conversion optimization
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and orchestrating various forms of product feature experiments
  • Knowledge of sports and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus

The applicable salary range for this position is $94,000 - $117,500 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal law.
