THE POSITION

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Business Analyst to support the Program Management team. The role will be part of our Strategy, Change & Transformation team who shape, enable and drive the strategic change agenda within Group COO, and are at the centre of our leading (and growing) global business. The Business Analyst is accountable for surfacing, understanding and documenting business processes & requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that business and program needs are met through process improvements, or strategic changes. This role strategically bridges between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and project deliverables.
Within the Strategy Change & Transformation function, success will be determined by:
- Project Delivery: Support in delivering end-to-end solutions by starting transformations well, executing well and optimizing beyond delivery. Achieving key milestones on time and within budget while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
- Team Leadership & Development: Leading and develop a small project team and support the development of the wider Strategic Change & Transformation function, growing our collective capability, capacity and sense of team
- Elevating Transformation across FanDuel and Flutter: Uplifting and innovating to develop our strategic delivery capability across FanDuel and Flutter
- Operational Efficiency: Demonstrating tangible improvements in operational processes and business performance as a result of project initiatives.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: Building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication across teams, senior management, and external partners.
- Risk Management: Proactively identifying escalate or mitigating risks, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and supporting our enterprise risk profile.
- Financial Impact: Support the delivery of growth and efficiencies, optimizing resource allocation, and driving value creation within the organization.
- Change Adoption: Support the smooth implementation of new processes or systems, with high adoption rates and minimal resistance.
- Continuous Improvement: Embedding a culture of continuous learning and best practice sharing across teams and projects.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

- Provide support as a part of the program team and collaborate with stakeholders to surface, analyze and document requirements and processes in line with strategic objectives
- Responsible for requirement gathering and documentation with the business, ensuring clarity and alignment to stakeholder expectations
- Support project management activities including planning, monitoring, and reporting
- Perform data analysis and generate insights to support decision-making, including reporting through with clear outcomes and metrics
- Collaborate across business units and delivery teams to effectively align planning with outcomes, driving incremental business value realization
- Drive continuous improvement by recommending incremental improvements to the Program and project deliverables, including gap analysis and process improvement opportunities

The applicable salary range for this position is $79,000 - $99,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
