THE POSITION

FanDuel is looking for a Senior Manager of Learning & Engagement Programs to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our enterprise learning and employee engagement initiatives. Reporting to the Director, of Learning & Development this individual will drive impactful learning experiences that support employee growth, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. They would help lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of initiatives that enhance employee experience, culture, and organizational commitment. This role will play a critical part in shaping our company culture by managing engagement programs, analyzing employee sentiment, and collaborating across teams to create a thriving workplace environment. The role requires close collaboration with HR Business partners, Inclusion Team, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure learning solutions and engagement initiatives align with business priorities and drive measurable outcomes.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
THE GAME PLAN

Learning & Development
- Design and manage end-to-end learning programs using blended methods (e-learning, live sessions, coaching).
- Oversee leadership and high-potential development initiatives.
- Serve as an internal consultant on adult learning and development best practices.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Develop and lead engagement strategies aligned with business and cultural goals.
- Help drive initiatives including recognition, Inclusion programs, cultural events, and onboarding experiences.
- Collaborate with Internal Communications to activate culture through messaging and campaigns.
Employee Listening & Insights
- Partner with the Manager of Engagement on the engagement survey process from design to action planning.
- Analyze data to identify trends and partner with the HRBP’s to help them drive improvements in their Business Units.
- Maintain feedback loops to ensure employees feel heard and valued.
Strategic Partnerships & Collaboration
- Partner with HRBPs, business leaders, and cross-functional HR teams to embed learning and engagement across the employee lifecycle.
- Act as a trusted advisor on engagement and development strategies that support retention and inclusion.
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Employee Engagement.
- Demonstrated success designing and implementing enterprise-wide learning initiatives.
- Strong project management and communication skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience with learning technologies (e.g., LMS, LXP, authoring tools, data dashboards).
- Experience with survey platforms (e.g., Glint, Qualtrics, Peakon) and HRIS systems; (Dayforce and WorkDay a plus.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- High emotional intelligence and a deep understanding of employee motivation and behavior.
- Experience in change management, culture transformation, or Inclusion work is a plus.
- Certification in relevant fields (e.g., DiSC, PMP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.

The applicable salary range for this position is $127,000 - $159,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
