THE POSITION

FanDuel is looking for a Customer Marketing Associate to elevate our customer engagement and marketing initiatives on our New Ventures products. You will play a key role on the Customer Marketing team, providing operational excellence and strategic input. This role will collaborate with multiple departments within FanDuel including, but not limited to, Operations, Marketing Technology, Customer Service, Brand, Product, and Commercial. This is an exciting opportunity to help elevate the customer experience while executing revenue generating marketing initiatives at a premier gaming company.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Work with the Customer Marketing Director & Marketing Manager on setting the direction and execution of key Early Life CRM programs, using data driven insights and a strong understanding of business priorities
- Collaborate with stakeholders on strategic planning, development, and implementation of marketing initiatives for New Ventures to elevate brand visibility and drive customer engagement
- Lead and work in partnership with Operations to implement the conversion of key CRM campaigns across email, mobile and onsite channels
- Identify and implement solutions to scale and drive efficiencies via automations
- Partner with the Customer Marketing Manager to drive the Early Life test & learn strategy across multiple products
- Work with Product Marketing and Creative teams to develop compelling marketing content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with our various customers
- Provide in-depth reporting to stakeholders and leaders, highlighting results, growth areas, actionable insights, and opportunities to enhance strategies and effectiveness
- Accurately track promotion costs into budgeting tools and monitoring expenditure trends
- Identify and implement innovative marketing strategies and tactics that increase customer engagement, improve conversion and optimize marketing efforts
- Become a marketing systems expert, cultivating extensive knowledge of marketing tools to streamline operational efficiency and improve platform performance to enable marketing capabilities and communications
- Collaborate and share best practices across the Marketing organization and CRM teams
- Continually support team members with a one-team mentality and provide on-call coverage as required
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Marketing or similar roles, with the ability to manage complex campaigns from conception to execution
- Top-notch organizational and project management skills to handle concurrent initiatives and deadlines
- Strong marketing mindset to launch promotional initiatives delivering on customer excellence and contribute to overarching business strategies
- Deep understanding of marketing platforms, Email Service Providers (preferably Braze and Movable Ink), and Customer Data Platform Technologies (e.g. Segment, mParticle, Tealium)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication to collaborate with stakeholders and leaders
- Comfort with data and insights to measure performance and track budgets
- Ability to set and meet expectations for both internal and external partners
- Has a positive attitude and loves being a team player
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Familiarity with Adobe design tools like Photoshop is a plus
- Avid interest in I-gaming, with a good understanding of FanDuel or similar competitive products
- Knowledge of sports, casinos, and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus

The applicable hourly range for this position is $35.10 - $43.75 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
