We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Analytics Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in providing best in class data and analytics support to the Casino Product organization. As the Product Analytics Manager you will play a critical role in supporting the Product leadership team, providing valuable insights to inform key business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for using data to drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in analytics and a desire to make a meaningful impact.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

• Utilize advanced analytics techniques and combine front and back-end data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and drive business success.
• Collaborate with the product team to understand business needs and develop analytics solutions to address them.
• Manage a team of analysts to execute analytics projects and provide guidance and mentorship for their professional development.
• Partner with key stakeholders, including product leadership, to understand their business problems and proactively identify opportunities to drive value through strategic analytics.
• Act and serve as a leader within the analytics team and the wider commercial organization.
• Develop and deliver presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to various levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision making by promoting the use of analytics throughout the organization.

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

• 5+ years of experience in data and analytics and 1+ years of team management
• Bachelor's Degree in a highly numerate major (Math, Stats, Econ, etc.) or relevant experience in data and/or business analysis preferred
• Strong personal organizational, time management and developing leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a lot of ambiguity
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel and Tableau or another data visualization platforms required, experience with Amplitude a plus
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g. Python, R), cloud computing platforms (e.g. Databricks), or ELT/data modeling (e.g. DBT) highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving skills, allied with track record of transforming data into actionable business insight
• Experience working in groups and leading smaller intra year projects
• Experience collaboratively working with colleagues in other countries and time zones preferred
• Strong stakeholder management
• Ability to be independent and lead on projects - proactive thinking
• Interest in Fantasy Sports/Gaming/Sports a plus

The applicable salary range for this position is $121,000 - $158,550 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
