FanDuel is seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager to help define the product vision, strategy, and execution of our Promotions Engine. You will set the technical platform strategy for promotion capabilities in a fast paced, exciting and competitive product space. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Marketing Strategy, Operations, Data, Design, and Engineering to deliver innovative product solutions and services that meet customer needs and align with FanDuel's business objectives. If you’re a strong product leader with an interest in playing a key role in transforming the way our customers engage with live sports and innovative promotions, this may be the role for you.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

- Lead a high-performing team with clear roles, objectives, and a focus on development and engagement.
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap, with key alignment from senior stakeholders.
- Deliver innovative, research-driven products by incorporating user feedback, experimentation, and data into the product lifecycle.
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to drive seamless product development, release, and optimization.
- Establish and monitor product success criteria, driving business growth through market trends, experimentation, and competitor analysis.
- Serve as a key representative for the product team, providing clear updates, insights, and strategic recommendations to executives and stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of the industry landscape, customer needs, and competitive promotional dynamics to identify and prioritize opportunities.
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience as a product manager in Marketing Technology, platform products, Software as a Service (SaaS) or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven track record of delivering successful and innovative platform products for large scale organizations.
- Knowledge and implementation experience of modern product practices including but not limited to product routines, agile process, stakeholder management, roadmapping, risk mitigation, and strong collaboration & partnership with engineering teams
- Experience managing, coaching & mentoring others
- Demonstrated success motivating and influencing teams
- Strong quantitative skills
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

The applicable salary range for this position is $138,000 - $190,300 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
