We’re looking for an Acquisition Strategy and Planning Senior Director to shape and lead our acquisition, investment and activation strategy across Casino to drive company growth. High profile role with the opportunity to make a material impact on the business outcome for FanDuel Group.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN

  • Accountable for investment and allocation strategy across media, bonus and generosity through margin
  • Define & own the new-to-group acquisition strategy to create a modern marketing organization with a key focus on new customer acquisition efficiency for Casino
  • Lead a team of marketers that focus on key strategic capabilities that efficiently reach and acquire new customers across business verticals
  • Develop and own go to market strategy for new states while ensuring we continue to dominate in new states
  • Own the strategy of media mix allocation and drive an innovation roadmap for short-term & long-term optimizations to deliver greater ROI for Casino
  • Develop a framework for breakthrough, targeted, competitive offers focused on acquiring new customers with a focus on lifetime value within the Casino space
  • Develop strong relationships with cross functional teams driving effective collaboration across marketing, analytics, commercial, and product
  • Own commercial valuations and their impact on activations for all new to group deals
  • Work with product and content teams to continually improve the end-to-end new customer experience from response to conversion
  • Constantly seek optimization and growth through qualitative and quantitative data analysis
  • Provide senior management with post-initiative ROI analysis paired with consumer insights to make recommendations to increase acquisition and drive a premium brand experience

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital/growth marketing with a focus on consumer acquisition
  • Minimum 4 years of managerial experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or Analytical field (or other relevant discipline) preferred
  • Strong communication skills and experience influencing senior leadership teams
  • Proven growth mindset: Product led, data driven and highly creative.
  • You are results oriented, with the need to be objective and measure performance
  • Metrics driven and continuously seeking improvement of marketing efforts to increase quality and productivity
  • Track record of delivering business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical rigor to your decision making
  • Ability and eagerness to effectively balance the big-picture strategic work with execution
  • Proficient in a range of tools across the marketing stack: Amplitude, Adjust, GA, Chartio preferred
  • Customer focused
  • Interest in the Casino industry preferred

The applicable salary range for this position is $171,000 - $214,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
