FanDuel is looking to hire a Community Impact Manager to join the Community Impact team. The Community Impact Manager will play a critical role in advancing FanDuel’s corporate citizenship strategy by helping design, operationalize, and scale initiatives that strengthen the company’s presence in the communities where we operate. Reporting into the Responsible Gaming & Community Impact Senior Director, this role will partner closely with Public Affairs, Sustainability, Finance, Communications, and cross-functional leadership to ensure programs are strategic, measurable, and aligned with enterprise priorities.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

Program Strategy & Execution
- Partner with senior leadership to evolve and operationalize FanDuel’s Community Impact strategy, ensuring initiatives support corporate reputation, stakeholder trust, and long-term business priorities.
- Help build annual strategic plans, roadmaps, and maintain and adhere to budgets for Community Impact initiatives.
- Lead the launch and ongoing management of signature programs (e.g., employee giving, matching, volunteerism, and strategic partnerships).
Nonprofit & External Partnership Management
- Manage relationships with nonprofit partners, ensuring alignment with company values and measurable community outcomes.
- Support evaluation and selection of partners based on strategic relevance, credibility, and impact.
- Coordinate program launches and engagement plans in collaboration with Communications and Public Affairs.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Structure and lead complex cross-functional projects, aligning stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Communications, HR, Sustainability, and Public Affairs.
- Serve as a central point of coordination to ensure initiatives move forward efficiently and with appropriate governance.
Charitable Giving Governance
- Manage the internal approval process for charitable donations and sponsorship requests.
- Oversee tracking mechanisms to ensure transparency, consistency, and strong quarterly and multi-year reporting discipline.
- Partner with Finance to manage charitable budgets, forecasting, and actualization.
Measurement, Reporting & Insights
- Develop reporting frameworks that demonstrate program effectiveness and business value.
- Track key metrics and prepare executive-ready updates.
- Identify opportunities to enhance impact through data-driven insights.
Operational Excellence
- Design scalable processes, tools, and documentation that support a growing Community Impact function.
- Bring structure to a fast-evolving program while maintaining flexibility for emerging opportunities.
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4-5 years of experience in Community Impact, Corporate Social Responsibility, Public Affairs, Partnerships, Sustainability, or related fields
- Proven ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking paired with execution discipline.
- Demonstrated experience building relationships internally and externally.
- Highly organized with exceptional project management capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with comfort translating data into actionable insights.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
- Excellent communication skills with executive-level polish.
- Prior knowledge and interest of sports and technology industries are preferred; ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of the industry and company will be critical to success
- Technical competencies in Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as interest in designing process tools (such as SharePoint sites).
Preferred
- Experience supporting corporate reputation or stakeholder-facing programs.
- Background in regulated industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with employee engagement or philanthropic platforms is beneficial

The applicable salary range for this position is $94,000 - $118,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
