FanDuel
THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it
FanDuel is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead delivery execution for complex, high-impact initiatives within the New Ventures team, with a focus on FanDuel Predicts, our prediction markets product. This role combines hands-on product delivery leadership with people management and plays a critical role in scaling execution quality as Predicts grows.
The Senior Product Owner partners closely with Product Managers, who own product vision, strategy, and success metrics, while the Senior Product Owner owns the how — ensuring product priorities are translated into structured delivery plans, high-quality requirements, and reliable outcomes across engineering teams.
In this role, the Senior Product Owner owns delivery across multiple initiatives and product areas, driving execution from concept through release. They operate with a high degree of independence and accountability, managing delivery health, cross-team dependencies, and risk, while ensuring requirements are clear, actionable, and aligned with technical constraints.
The Senior Product Owner acts as both a people manager and individual contributor, remaining actively embedded within at least one engineering team while managing and mentoring multiple Product Owners. This dual role ensures delivery standards are consistently applied and scaled across teams.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
