The Promotion Operations Associate plays a foundational role in FanDuel's promotional operations, supporting the execution of promotional campaigns across all enterprise platforms. This position is essential to maintaining the team's 99%+ accuracy standard while contributing to the delivery of best-in-class promotional experiences for millions of FanDuel customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to support promotional development, execution, and optimization initiatives across Sportsbook, Casino, and Racing verticals.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN

  • Execute promotional setup across all FanDuel platforms (Sportsbook, Casino, Racing/FNV) with 99%+ accuracy and precision
  • Support promotional content creation, requirement gathering, and campaign performance tracking across multiple product verticals
  • Collaborate with Customer Support on promotional campaigns and issue resolution to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Conduct systematic reviews of live promotions and flag discrepancies to maintain quality standards
  • Review promotional copy, terms, and images for regulatory compliance and Responsible Gaming requirements
  • Maintain project tracking, status reports, and stakeholder communication across cross-functional teams
  • Support testing initiatives for new promotional tools and document findings to drive process improvements
  • Coordinate requirements across all verticals for integrated promotional campaigns
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation and knowledge bases related to promotions, campaigns, and CRM processes
  • Support audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization initiatives to enhance customer engagement
  • Perform basic data analysis and maintain tracking spreadsheets to support campaign optimization

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of promotional mechanics across different product verticals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms and CRM systems preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to maintain 99%+ accuracy standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with basic data analysis skills
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with team objectives
  • Strong knowledge of and passion for sports and sports betting
  • Experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

The applicable hourly range for this position is $29.33 - $36.54 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
