FanDuel is looking for a Predicts Business Manager to help build go-to-market commercial strategy and contribute to key strategic initiatives for the Predicts business. This is a highly collaborative and highly visible role, as you will work closely with several cross-functional teams and report directly to the Commercial Senior Director.
A successful candidate will be self-motivated & highly organized, an effective problem solver, someone who can think creatively, at-pace, and some who values collaboration & teamwork. This is an exciting opportunity to have a meaningful impact on new product strategy at a premier gaming company.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
THE GAME PLAN

- Market Analysis & Insights: Partner with Consumer Insights team and Commercial peers to conduct competitive & consumer analyses to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and strategic opportunities. Use this information to make data-driven recommendations for improving commercial strategies.
- Go-To-Market Sport Strategies: Partner with marketing teams to craft effective & creative, data-driven strategies for each key sport season and tentpole event.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies. Provide strategic guidance and insights to all stakeholders to support the growth of the business.
- Project Management: Lead and manage key strategic initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient execution of commercial projects.
- Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and support junior members of the Commercial team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and development.
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- 5+ years’ experience working in strategy, consulting, or a related commercial field
- Bachelor's Degree in a business concentration (Management, Marketing, Finance, etc.)
- Experience developing action plans or leading initiatives based on the consumer insight data
- Strong analytical proficiency & Excel-based modeling skills
- Proficiency in SQL and Tableau/data visualization preferred
- Proficiency in use of LLMs to conduct research, analytics, and support strategic projects
- Track record of transforming data into actionable insights and presentations, for senior audiences
- Effective at relationship building and sensitive to stakeholders' needs
- Experience working in real-money gaming, prediction market, or adjacent industry preferred
- Knowledge of and interest in sports & technology preferred; ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of the industry and company will be critical to success

The applicable salary range for this position is $112,000 - $140,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
