We're seeking a strategic sales communication leader who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy and execution, someone who can transform complexity into clarity and ambiguity into opportunity.

As the leader of sales communications function for our Integrated Channel Experience organisation, you'll architect the communication strategies that empower thousands of channel partner sellers across South Asia to engage, learn and advocate for Apple. This isn't about broadcasting messages—it's about crafting experiences that drive behavior change, enable excellence, and ultimately enrich the lives of millions of customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive sales communication strategies where the path isn't always clear—synthesizing inputs from Sales Leadership, Marketing, Country Teams, and cross-functional partners into cohesive plans that drive measurable impact.
  • Establish operational objectives for regional sales communications, making strategic decisions on methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Work on issues requiring in-depth knowledge of sales objectives, analyzing situations and data across multiple markets, routes-to-market, and sales environments.
  • Regularly interact with senior management on matters concerning multiple functional areas and country operations.
  • Build relationships that change thinking and gain acceptance in sensitive situations—without damaging the relationship.
  • Partner with Regional sales leadership and worldwide teams to ensure alignment, acting as the central hub for communication across integrated channels.
  • Manage activities through communication specialists and content creators, coordinating activities with full responsibility for results, including cost, methods, and staffing.
  • Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance measurements across the region.
  • Design analytics frameworks that transform data into decision support, continuously optimizing based on performance outcomes.
  • Create compelling, behavior-changing content across platforms— digital apps, virtual classrooms and beyond.
  • Leverage technology (video, interactive tools, simulations) to achieve communication objectives that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh thinking to sales enablement and communication practices.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of communication specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Identify high-potential talent and create customized development plans.
  • Collaborate across functions, building partnerships that amplify impact.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years in sales communications or strategic communications roles.
  • Proven track record designing and delivering communication strategies that measurably impact sales performance.
  • Deep expertise in sales enablement best practices, content strategy, and digital media trends.
  • Demonstrated success working with and influencing teams, with leadership experience.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency with content management systems, sales enablement platforms, and digital communication tools.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; English proficiency required.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and form close partnerships regionally and globally.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for the Apple brand and customer experience.
  • Experience in fast-paced technology or consumer electronics environments.
  • Creative thinker who develops innovative communication ideas and ability to execute.
  • Comfortable leading cooperative efforts among project team members.
  • Proficiency with multimedia tools (Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, Keynote/PowerPoint).
  • Background working across multiple Southeast Asian markets.
  • Proficiency in Southeast Asian languages (e.g., Thai, Bahasa, Vietnamese) is a plus as this role works closely with Apple partners across South Asia region
