Summary

We are looking for a Strategy Product Manager who can combine product strategy, user insight, and data-driven analysis to continuously improve product performance and user value. In this role, you will identify product opportunities through deep user understanding and product analytics, drive iterative improvements, and define long-term product roadmaps. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to transform insights into scalable product solutions.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, customer-focused, and capable of translating complex insights into clear product strategies and actionable plans. Experience with AI-powered products or intelligent agent systems is a strong plus.

Description

  • Define product strategies and contribute to long-term product roadmap planning
  • Identify user pain points and product opportunities through user research and

behavioral analysis

  • Analyze product performance metrics such as retention, conversion, and engagement
  • Translate data insights into actionable product improvements and new feature

  • Drive product iteration through experimentation, testing, and continuous optimization
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver product

initiatives

  • Establish product metrics frameworks and monitor product performance
  • Ensure product strategies are translated into scalable and practical product solutions
  • Support the product lifecycle from concept development to product launch and iteration
  • Explore opportunities to integrate AI capabilities or agent-based workflows to improve

product efficiency and user experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience using data to drive product decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to identify user needs and translate them into product

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with AI-powered product features, automation tools, or intelligent systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on AI-powered products, conversational interfaces, or agent-based systems
  • Familiarity with LLM-based applications, AI copilots, or intelligent automation workflows
  • Experience with product analytics and experimentation frameworks
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Experience using or integrating AI tools and frameworks such as OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector databases, or similar AI platforms
  • Experience driving product growth, engagement, or operational efficiency
  • Experience working in global or cross-regional teams
