We are looking for a PMO Manager to lead complex cross-functional programs and ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across product, engineering, and business organizations. In this role, you will drive program planning, execution governance, and organizational alignment. You will partner closely with product managers, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to coordinate large-scale initiatives, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure programs are delivered on time and at the highest quality.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in fast-paced environments, and excels at bringing clarity, structure, and execution discipline to complex programs. Experience supporting AI-powered products, intelligent automation systems, or agent-based platforms is a strong plus.

Description

• Lead end-to-end program management for complex cross-functional initiatives
• Establish program governance frameworks, milestones, and execution cadence
• Coordinate across product, engineering, operations, and business teams to drive alignment
• Identify risks, dependencies, and operational challenges and proactively drive mitigation plans
• Maintain clear visibility into program progress, status, and outcomes for leadership
• Drive planning cycles including roadmap planning, execution reviews, and program reporting
• Improve program management processes, tools, and operational efficiency
• Ensure strategic initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals
• Support the execution and delivery of AI-powered products, intelligent automation solutions, or agent-based systems
• Facilitate collaboration between AI/ML engineers, product teams, and data teams to ensure successful product implementation
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations roles
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
• Strong organizational, planning, and execution management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with AI-enabled products, automation platforms, or data-driven systems
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting delivery of AI-powered products, LLM-based applications, or agent-based systems
• Familiarity with AI workflows, intelligent automation, or machine learning product delivery
• Experience working closely with product, engineering, and data science organizations
• Familiarity with AI development tools or platforms such as OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or vector databases
• Experience managing programs involving data platforms, AI infrastructure, or analytics systems
• Experience supporting executive-level program reviews and reporting
• Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
