The Post Production team at Apple TV oversees the entire Post Production process

and guides our partners toward a successful project delivery. We’re seeking a Post

Production Executive to support the EMEA Scripted Episodic and Features team in

London. This role will collaborate closely with the current Post Production, VFX, and

Production teams and will report to the Co-Head of Scripted Episodic (East and UK).

They will oversee projects from pre-production through final delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise our Studio Partners and Post Production teams to ensure
  • efficient workflows, high-quality outputs, and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain regular communication with Studio Partners and Post Production
  • teams to provide updates and address emerging issues.
  • Collaborate with Apple Creative, Production, VFX, Music, Content Scheduling,
  • Marketing, Legal, Mastering, Localization and Technical teams to ensure
  • seamless communication throughout the Post Production process and resolve
  • any potential bottlenecks.
  • Assist with budget planning and financial tracking through collaboration with
  • Studio Partners, ensuring that costs stay within allocated budgets while
  • maintaining quality standards.
  • Track schedule changes and ensure updates are communicated promptly to key
  • Apple stakeholders, keeping the delivery process on track and aligned with
  • launch timelines.
  • Supervise mix and colour sessions to ensure quality assurance and consistency.
  • Work with Studio Partners in pre-production to strategize on the appropriate
  • equipment and processes to meet deliverable requirements.
  • Enforce Apple content security policies and assist with content permissions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Post Production vendors across
  • the industry.
  • Field inquiries related to Apple and the delivery process, ensuring a solution-
  • oriented, kind, and professional approach when assisting production teams.
  • Stay updated on the latest Post Production trend.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Post Production Executive or
  • Producing high end content.
  • Experience working in a Scripted Post Production department is required.
  • Demonstrated experience with project management and collaboration platforms
  • such as Airtable, Miro, and similar tools.
  • Proven client-facing experience with Post Production and Post vendors.
  • Strong understanding of the entire Post Production pipeline, from camera
  • capture to final delivery, with established relationships at leading Post
  • Production facilities.
  • Familiarity with delivering content to various broadcasters, including streaming
  • platforms.
  • Ability to supervise mix and colour sessions, either on-site or remotely , as
  • needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain relationships with productions
  • and studios of all sizes and complexities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor
  • knowing when to delegate issues upward.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital filmmaking, including cameras, lenses, 4K, Dolby
  • Vision HDR, Dolby Atmos, and other advanced specifications used by premium
  • content distributors.
  • A passion for premium content and storytelling.
