We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to partner closely game developers. In this role, you will identify growth opportunities and drive developer success on the App Store.
Description
Cultivate and nurture strong business relationships with key game developers, and maintain a deep understanding of their product pipelines and business strategies to ensure the best content is made available for Apple’s platforms.
Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to develop strategies and actionable solutions that help game developers optimize performance, seize opportunities, and grow their business on the App Store.
Leverage on your deep expertise in the gaming industry to identify emerging gaming trends, evaluate business opportunities, and onboard high-potential partners.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners: Apple’s Worldwide Developer Relations, Games Monetization, Editorial, Analytics, and Operations teams, to align strategies and drive integrated developer support.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with deep knowledge of the mobile games ecosystem, including a solid understanding of game monetization models, publishing strategies, and game development and lifecycles.
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Outstanding relationship management and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Exceptional presentation skills, demonstrating the ability to synthesize complex data and insights into compelling, persuasive reports and presentations for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple competing priorities, effectively triage workloads, and consistently meet tight deadlines while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for playing games and an understanding of the mobile games market.
- A growth mindset with a proactive approach to continuous learning and adapting to an evolving gaming industry landscape.
