The ANZ Product Marketing team is looking for a detail-orientated and highly motivated individual to fill the position of Technical Marketing and Seed Lab Coordinator. This meticulous individual will be responsible for coordinating, planning and supporting the day-to-day activities of demonstration and loan product. Including technical consultation and support, along with setup, configuration and inventory control for a team of Product Marketing and PR managers.

Apple is seeking an individual with a passion for process management, who is an expert in developing and implementing programs, with demonstrated ability to work autonomously, cross-functionally and across multiple projects simultaneously to help drive continuous improvement of product launches, and processes. They will ensure Apple's product launches and press briefings deliver world-class experiences to key stakeholders.

Description

A successful Technical Marketing and Seed Lab Coordinator has a deep understanding of Apple products and services, configuring and maintaining software across multiple platforms, along with warehousing, inventory management and logistic fundamentals. The individual should be able to effectively gather and synthesise data to analyse, support and improve operational functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Product Marketing labs, ensuring equipment and processes remain up to specifications
  • Ensure technical requirements of press briefing rooms and virtual briefing rooms are met and maintained
  • Execute setup and configuration of demo devices to support new product launches
  • Maintain the pool of SIMs/eSIMs, demo accounts, account credit and other items to support product demos
  • Maintain accountability for receiving, storing, and distributing all inbound shipments
  • Suggest improvements to technical, operational, logistical and reporting best practices, and act to improve timeliness and save costs
  • Support the Business Marketing, Education Marketing and Marcom teams with the device ordering and management process for events, photoshoots, influencer development and other activities
  • Collaborate with Worldwide teams to ensure the operation of the ANZ Product Marketing and Seed labs meet specifications, run smoothly and continue to innovate
  • Support Corporate Communications and Product Marketing teams to build impactful event environments to showcase new product, championing cross-functional collaboration and influencing decisions during launch, sustaining and seasonal moments
  • Recommend changes to site policies and procedures
  • Help to improve the work space through automation systems and drive workflow efficiency improvements
  • Work directly with external vendors and agencies associated with device logistics and demand
  • Lifting and carrying of heavy equipment
  • Manage device loan timelines and processes, drive inventory audits, as well as track launch deliverables, ensuring loans and inventory management are delivered
  • Smart Forecast for hardware loans and inventory management for all key stakeholders
  • Support environmental, regulatory, and ad-hoc projects as they come up
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of accountability and attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of related experience
  • Depth of technical awareness, ability to translate features into consumer benefits and vice versa
  • Expert knowledge of Apple’s products, software and services
  • Experience maintaining asset and partner data integrity
  • Advanced spreadsheet creation and maintenance expertise
  • Results-oriented with the capability of multi-tasking with cross-functional team
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • A self-starter who is highly organised, responsive and demonstrates critical thinking and creative abilities
  • Excellent skills in written communications; experience working with stakeholders
  • Team-oriented mentality (prioritise and support the success of the team)
  • Experienced in running multiple projects with the ability to switch between them simultaneously
  • Skilled in building effective working relationships, gaining trust, and contributing to a positive working environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of quality in deliverables even under pressure
  • Proficient in Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and Excel
  • Experience working on confidential projects is preferred
  • Experience within sales or marketing in related industries
