The WW Apple Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising (REMM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail’s customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple’s products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values.
The Integrated Creative Producer will work closely with strategic content planning and creative teams in order to execute video productions of all sizes across the China region. The work will be high-volume, fast-turn, culturally relevant social content for the China market.

Responsibilities include overseeing all stages of production from the development of video concepts through final delivery. A deep knowledge of live action production, as well as post-production, is essential. Productions will range from small in-house videos to larger-scale concepts with external talent and creative agencies. Strong cross-functional partnership is crucial to ensure content is aligned strategically & creatively, approved by various global stakeholders, cleared for BA and legal compliance, delivered on time, and within budget. The Integrated Creative Producer is responsible for multiple projects being produced simultaneously on tight timelines and to the highest levels of creative excellence.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with creative teams & stakeholders to find solutions for executing short-form, fast-paced content on tight timelines and within budget
- Develop and implement effective production strategies for diverse production types with varying budgets, shooting locations, and crew sizes
- Oversee post production (with in-house teams & external vendors), including routing approvals to various stakeholders, and QC of final deliverables
- Coordinate the details of multiple simultaneous productions
- Lead regular production-related project meetings (kick-offs, status, finance, reviews, etc.), and communicate action steps and updates to the broader team
- Ensure all deliverables are executed to the highest level of quality, meeting creative expectations in balance with strategic objectives
- Partner with BA and legal to secure usage rights, assess risk, and clearances of assets
- 8+ years of producing experience in live action & post
- Experience with a variety of photo, video, and digital content
- Solid relationship with the regional production community, local and abroad, that can bring an in-depth knowledge of resources, crew, and production vendors
- Experience working on social first content shoots, and a deep awareness and understanding of how social platforms function
- Solid understanding of music clearance and intellectual property rights
- Project and budget management in a creative organization
- Fluent in English & Chinese
- 12+ years of agency or production company experience
- Extensive experience managing creative and agency partners
- Post-production experience, including knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Pro Tools, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
- Ability to travel, sometimes with minimal notice
- Excellent soft skills, and able to navigate collaborative corporate culture
- Proactive problem-solver and a team player
- Knowledge of Apple products and operating systems
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Aptitude for making quick, quality decisions, and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Adaptability to a constantly evolving, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment
