An exciting opportunity for a London-based Senior Administrator supporting a fast-paced engineering environment across the City and Battersea sites. The role focuses on delivering both administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and successful execution of leadership activities, including complex site visits. You will work closely with the Site Lead, engineering teams, and a broad network of stakeholders across Engagement, Space Planning, People, Recruiting, and Facilities, as well as US and EMEA colleagues. Partnering with other admins, the role requires strong prioritisation, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage competing demands, support leadership, and drive efficient, well-coordinated workplace operations.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to engineering teams and leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Support engineers with day-to-day needs, enabling team productivity and efficiency
- Partner with the Site Lead and cross-functional teams (Engagement, People, Recruiting, Facilities, Space Planning) to ensure smooth office operations
- Coordinate day-to-day workplace activities across London sites, including City and Battersea
- Manage complex calendaring, scheduling, and logistics for senior leaders and international stakeholders
- Plan and deliver leadership visits, meetings, and onsite events with seamless execution
- Support internal communications and cascade key updates across teams
- Collaborate with global admin teams across US and EMEA to align priorities and execution
- Oversee office management and workplace operations, including space planning and employee experience initiatives
- Manage office logistics including floor planning, seating, facilities coordination, access, and equipment procurement
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Manage budgets and support delivery of large-scale events
- Prioritise competing demands effectively, driving tasks and projects through to completion with strong attention to detail
- Provide backup support across the broader admin team as business needs require
- Experience managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and levels.
- Proficiency in Mac and productivity tools, including Keynote, Numbers, Pages, Excel, and Word.
- We are seeking candidates with experience in administrative roles, office management, or people operations, ideally in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- You should be comfortable managing competing priorities, supporting stakeholders, and delivering both operational and administrative support, with strong communication, organisation, and adaptability.
- Previous experience managing people.
