Apple's Sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This in turn enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team is, in many ways, the face of Apple to our customers.
In this role you will build the Route-To-Market (RTM) strategy with your team, including coverage plans, breakthrough strategies, and innovative solutions to solve challenges to achieve sales targets. You build relationships, develop partner capabilities, and ensure flawless execution across the businesses. You collaborate closely with internal and external partners to create plans and programs that scale the business and drive the adoption of the Apple ecosystem by delivering amazing customer experiences.
Description
Lead a team responsible for driving Apple’s business and achieving peak performance in revenue and objectives across an assigned territory
Ensure business operations run seamlessly and the Apple customer experience is exceptionally delivered through your committed leadership and role modeling
Provide encouragement and support to team members, including communicating individual and team goals, identifying areas for mentoring and guidance, and implementing development programs to elevate skills and knowledge
Build and implement Apple’s go-to-market (GTM) plan for your Route-to-Market (RTM), collaborating with your team to strategically fund, prioritize, and coordinate partner activities and manage demand generation; Motivate your team to optimize each partnership to deliver market growth objectives
Develop impactful relationships with country partners and senior leadership to develop joint sales, business, and marketing plans to grow Apple products and our range of accessories.
Report performance against targets based on competitive market trends and provide meaningful insights, recommendations, and feedback
Network with key contacts outside own area of expertise to define broad, holistic strategies and build divisional plans using commercial analysis
Use your broad business knowledge, credibility, and influence to anticipate needs, propose solutions, and drive education, evolution, and organizational change
Implement Apple's go-to-market plan for your RTM by working with your team to decide and coordinate the funding and prioritization of partner activities in market, and managing demand generation plans. Work with the team to optimize each partnership to deliver market growth objectives.
Drive your RTM business plans by influencing and collaborating cross-functionally with key partners to bring the best of Apple to your RTM. Work closely with your partners' leadership to build and execute business development plans and enable their success by providing programs, training, and tools to grow their Apple business.

Minimum Qualifications
- You will have a number of years of experience in leading a solutions-selling organization that balanced delivering on short-term goals, while creating sustainable value for new customers and demand for the future.
- You have a proven track record of successfully leading and growing a Channel sales organization, demonstrating strong strategic vision and impactful results.
- Experience building strong and productive relationships with strategic partners and ensuring the partnerships are driving top-line revenue growth.
- Significant industry knowledge and broad-scale understanding of consumer and channel reseller market (e.g., customer profiles, trends, challenges, opportunities, competitive landscape, etc.)
- Successful track record of designing and implementing growth strategies.
- Ability to build, lead, and develop inclusive teams and attract and retain talent through performance management, coaching, guidance, and support.
- Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate internally and externally.
- Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions
- Ability to set the pace for teams by energizing a sense of urgency, quality, priority, and focus

- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
- Background driving performance across a large region, country, or functional area is highly preferred.
