Summary
Apple is a place where extraordinary people gather to do their best work. Together we create products and experiences people once couldn’t have imagined - and now can’t imagine living without. If you’re motivated by the idea of making a real impact, and joining a team where we pride ourselves in being one of the most diverse and inclusive companies in the world, a career with Apple might be your dream job!
You will become a member of the Sales Finance team at Apple. With approximately 120 employees based across 4 locational hubs within EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa), we create value, collaborating with many teams to provide outstanding commercial and financial support. We set the bar high; go out of our way to help others; share knowledge; filter out noise to focus on the essential; encourage the very best from ourselves and the team; and drive the right course of action. To do all of this you will be an excellent communicator, collaborator and innovator, with a passion for debate and inclusion.
The purpose of this role is as an analyst on the commissions team, which is part of FC&A (Financial Control & Analytics) within EMEIA Sales Finance.
Description
Within commissions, you will work alongside another analyst to coordinate, build and maintain the quarterly target process. This involves mapping of commission plans and territory targets, liaising with regional business analysts and WW teams. The role will also involve analysis and presentation on a quarterly basis of target and business attainment as well as making recommendations to senior executives for commissions treatment.
This role will play a role in enhancing the existing commissions process for EMEIA Sales Finance, working with the EMEIA PART team to automate stages of the process to make efficiencies. There will also be involvement in testing and roll-out of new tools being rolled out globally for commissions.
Minimum Qualifications
At Apple, we believe accessibility is a fundamental human right. You’ll find that idea reflected in everything here — in our culture, our benefits and our digital tools. By welcoming as many perspectives as possible, we help you build a career where you feel like you belong.
