Summary
Apple Services Marketing is looking for a dynamic, talented and highly-motivated Marketing Manager to join the team. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in contributing to the success and growth of your responsible services which include App Store and Apple Media Products. Your role is to work closely with business teams identify key marketing priorities to grow your responsible services, plan & execute marketing programs/campaigns working with both internal/external partners, reporting into Marketing Lead in Seoul.

Collaborate closely with business teams to understand business priorities and identify marketing opportunities that align with service needs and business goals.
Build and manage relationships with content providers such as developers, labels, artist management, content providers and create actionable marketing plans to promote services around key events, major releases, and global/local priorities.
Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., hardware teams) to deliver service-related content across all customer touchpoints.
Work with members of the services organization (Marketing, Business & Editorial teams, Engineering, Finance, and Legal) to plan cross-content initiatives and resolve business and technical challenges.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with payment partners, consumer brands, technology, and data providers to support key marketing programs consistent with Apple’s brand values.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns with key partners, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies to drive ROI and achieve business goals.
- Manage agencies to produce marketing assets, execute campaigns, and provide reporting.
- Oversee the approval process for creatives and marketing assets, collaborating with local management and international teams.
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends related to partner deals and relationships.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the digital media space and competitive landscape.
- 12+ years of experience in marketing, from strategic planning to managing creative and production processes, including execution—preferably within the entertainment and/or technology industries.
- Experience working with key companies in gaming, music, entertainment, or media.
- Proven experience presenting recommendations and plans to senior management.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on daily tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on excellence in execution.
- Native-level proficiency in Korean and business-level proficiency in English (minimum).
