We are looking for an experienced International Business Manager to lead and grow a team within Apple Creator Studio. This is a people management role based in our Poland office, where you will build upon and lead an existing Poland-based team focused on Acquisition, Engagement, and Retention across our international markets.

As the Apple Creator Studio International Business Manager, you will research market opportunities, develop multi-year growth plans and marketing campaigns around the world to drive awareness and engagement, and delivering meaningful subscriber growth across key regions. You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, design, finance and geo teams to coordinate the execution of initiatives that achieve real business results.

The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who excels at simplifying the complex, influencing across a highly matrixed organization, and partnering with multiple Apple functions to achieve business objectives. This role is based in our new office in Bielsko-Biala, Poland. We are potentially open to this person being in Warsaw but would need them to travel to Bielsko-Biala once a month.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a Poland-based team focused on international Acquisition, Engagement, and Retention for Apple Creator Studio
  • Set the strategic vision and manage day-to-day leadership of the team, fostering growth, clarity, and a high standard of execution
  • Identify new customer acquisition channels across internal and external partnerships, enterprise, education, etc
  • Develop multi-year forward thinking growth plans and marketing campaigns in priority regions and customer segments as well as across extended offers to drive both new customer acquisition and win back including coordinating the execution of this strategy by the Apple business teams in different geos.
  • Collaborate and influence cross-functional teams, including services marketing, product marketing, engineering, and design to achieve shared objectives that deliver meaningful business results
  • Present quarterly updates to senior leadership, ensuring every decision is data-driven and aligned with Apple’s goals for growth and customer engagement
  • Identify creative and novel ways of structuring incentives, business models, and ways of working to allow the business to be nimble and enable efficient scale

Minimum Qualifications
  • Expertise in leading growth and customer acquisition efforts for subscription services
  • Demonstrable experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, or business growth roles, in the subscriptions space or within a high-growth or innovative industry
  • Extraordinary relationship skills collaborating and influencing across teams
  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, Economics, etc.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Works effectively in a rapid and very collaborative environment and manages ambiguity with minimal guidance
  • Prior experience managing small yet nimble cross-functional teams
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to uncover growth opportunities and support business decisions
  • Strong ability to translate business needs to feature and product designs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze opportunities from many angles (both quantitative and qualitative)
