Description
We are looking for a talented researcher with a can-do state of mind, eager to combine psychology, physics, data science, and ML to probe the limits of human interaction. You are passionate about enabling the sensing of weak signals, uncovering their information content, and turning that understanding into real consumer experiences. Responsibilities

• Define research topics and strategies aligned with system and product requirements
• Design, build, and operate methods and test setups to quantify system performance.
• Design new ways to collect, analyze, and interpret data, translating insights into technology capabilities and product specifications.
• Apply existing knowledge to novel approaches to enhance weak signals and compensate for lack of information.
• Characterize material and system-level physical limits to inform design feasibility and define system requirements
• Develop and analyze real world experiments to support systems work
• Analyze and report results clearly to enable cross-functional teams to make informed design decisions
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams across hardware, software, and systems engineering to drive research from concept to product
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• MSc in Neuroscience, Computer science, Physics or a closely related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a data oriented role
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in one of the above fields
• Knowledge of human probing methods
• Experience in multi-modal human models
• Outstanding communicator with the ability to present complex technical findings to diverse audiences
• Collaborative team player who thrives in multidisciplinary, cross-functional environments
