We are looking for a talented researcher with a can-do state of mind, eager to combine psychology, physics, data science, and ML to probe the limits of human interaction. Responsibilities
- Define research topics and strategies aligned with system and product requirements
- Design, build, and operate methods and test setups to quantify system performance.
- Design new ways to collect, analyze, and interpret data, translating insights into technology capabilities and product specifications.
- Apply existing knowledge to novel approaches to enhance weak signals and compensate for lack of information.
- Characterize material and system-level physical limits to inform design feasibility and define system requirements
- Develop and analyze real world experiments to support systems work
- Analyze and report results clearly to enable cross-functional teams to make informed design decisions
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams across hardware, software, and systems engineering to drive research from concept to product
- MSc in Neuroscience, Computer science, Physics or a closely related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a data oriented role
- PhD in one of the above fields
- Knowledge of human probing methods
- Experience in multi-modal human models
- Outstanding communicator with the ability to present complex technical findings to diverse audiences
- Collaborative team player who thrives in multidisciplinary, cross-functional environments
