Summary
The people here at Apple don’t just create products — they create the kind of wonder that’s revolutionized entire industries. It’s the diversity of those people and their ideas that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do, from amazing technology to industry-leading environmental efforts. Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it.
Apple’s Sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This in turn enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team is, in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers.
At the end of the day, we are here to grow Apple’s business through collaboration with banking and financial institution partners. To realize this goal, we establish relationships, develop partner capabilities and programs — at all levels from tactical to strategic. We collaborate closely with internal and external partners to craft plans that scale the business and deepen adoption of the Apple ecosystem through the banking channel.
As a Bank as a Channel (BaaC) Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing the sales activity and partnership with assigned banking and financial institution partners. You will drive year-on-year growth of Apple’s share within the bank channel through active engagement with bank headquarters, regional branches, and digital banking platforms. Driving iPhone and broader Apple product sales, increasing attach of services and accessories, and leading the execution of joint programs that benefit both Apple and our banking partners.

Description
- The BaaC Account Manager is responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales targets for Apple products across assigned banking and financial institution accounts, along with:
- Growing Apple’s presence within the banking channel by building deep relationships at both executive and operational levels across the bank organisation, ensuring full alignment with the terms and conditions of agreed BaaC frameworks.
- Developing and executing comprehensive account plans that align with banking partners’ strategic priorities — including consumer financing, installment programmes, and digital banking journeys — while expanding Apple’s footprint and ecosystem adoption.
- Driving competitive positioning of Apple products within all consumer and business financial offers (installment plans, device financing, co-branded campaigns) to maximise penetration across the bank’s customer base.
- Increasing product and ecosystem attach (iPhone, Mac, iPad, Apple Watch, Services, Accessories) to strengthen Apple’s overall value proposition through the banking channel.
- Collaborating with internal and external partners — including Sales Planning, Marketing, Finance, and Operations — to develop demand generation programmes, deploy retail and digital merchandising initiatives, and ensure compliance with Apple’s brand and creative guidelines.
- Owning account forecasting to deliver optimal supply and inventory levels, and providing regular business reviews that reflect the overall health of account plans.
- Monitoring key performance indicators that support growth and enable accurate forecasting, and being aware of competitor activities, market trends, and emerging opportunities within the financial services landscape.
- Co-ordinating Apple support functions to resolve day-to-day operational and trading issues within the account, keeping all stakeholders aligned and projects on track.
- Becoming a subject-matter expert on the BaaC line of business, sharing knowledge across the team to elevate collective results.
- You see the world through the eyes of the customer by deeply understanding their business needs, challenges, and concerns. At Apple, we obsess over how people experience our products and services — you not only meet expectations, you exceed them.
- You understand the interdependencies within a large organisation and know how to navigate them. You analyse the market, think beyond the short-term, and connect and influence the right people both inside and outside Apple.
- As a trusted go-to person with leadership, you are comfortable in tough situations — you settle disputes, lead negotiations, and own the hard calls. You step up to conflicts and see them as opportunities.
- You are only as strong as the people around you, so you invest in your team. You enjoy open dialogue and debate, and you empower your teammates to do their life’s best work.
- No matter the audience, you are an expert at presenting. You make the complex simple and bring people along for the journey, sharing your passion for the Apple story. You empower others to learn and be curious.
- You know yourself — your strengths, your weaknesses, your opportunities. You relate well to all kinds of people and are open to feedback. People know you as a true collaborator who knows what it takes to win.
- You have a don’t-give-up attitude and finish what you start, especially in the face of resistance or setbacks. You seize every opportunity and empower others to reach their goals along the way.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, ideally in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of growing a channel or strategic partner relationship in a similar role, managing senior-level relationships across a bank, financial institution, or equivalent complex organisation.
- Demonstrated consultative selling experience and the ability to develop channel growth strategies that balance short-term delivery with long-term sustainable value for customers, partners, and Apple.
- Strong understanding of how business financials work — including instalment economics, financing programmes, and consumer credit dynamics — with knowledge of strategies for sustaining profitable growth.
- Experience in sales-driven environments, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue and unit goals.
- Strong ability to analyse complex data sets, identify actionable insights, and build compelling business cases and account plans.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the gravitas to navigate organisational complexity, influence key decision makers, and operate effectively within a matrix environment.
- Creative problem-solver with the drive and tenacity to see tasks through to completion, able to work with ambiguity and anticipate issues before they arise.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills — you make the complex simple and command an audience at all levels, from store teams to C-suite executives.
- Collaborative and inclusive engagement style; you know how to bring the right people together internally and externally to achieve shared outcomes.
- High levels of integrity, honesty, and accountability in everything you do, every day — Apple doesn’t cut corners in products or in business, and neither do you.
- Experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or telecoms is strongly preferred; familiarity with device financing and installment plan structures is a distinct advantage.
