Apple’s Sales organisation generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. As a member of the Baltic sales team based in Vilnius, Carrier Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing the strategy and driving the business with our mobile operators in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Carrier Manager will play a critical role that is focused on crafting and driving our strategic relationships with the partners, and will consult and influence the executive teams within the carrier organisations to grow Apple's business across all lines including iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Accessories – all contributing to driving the partners' business forward.

Carrier Manager will lead a value-added distributor (VAD) team across all three countries who will support in execution of these strategic activities. Reporting to the Country Manager Baltics, Carrier Manager will have full management of influencing and driving objectives through key relationships. Strong leadership, mentoring and extraordinary presentation skills are needed to succeed in this role.

Description
Carrier Manager is a key position Baltic sales organisation responsible for a significant share of Baltic sales revenue. Position requires strong collaboration with many senior stakeholders across: top management of mobile operators, managers of multiple functions at Apple as well as leading the VAD team. To succeed in the role a strong leadership mindset and background is required: setting direction, mentoring and driving objectives forward.

Responsibilities
You manage and grow Apple's business through 9 mobile operator accounts in the Baltics, developing and implementing go-to-market plans aligned to each partner's strategic objectives.

You work with the Nordics-Baltics team to prioritise activities and programs and to manage partner-aligned demand generation plans.

You lead a team of value-added distributor (VAD) people, providing direction and mentorship to deliver against shared objectives.

You build relationships, develop partner capabilities, and ensure flawless execution across your partners' business.

You work closely with your partners' leadership to build and execute business development plans, and enable their success by providing programs, training, and tools to grow their Apple business.

You build strong account plans aligned with the most senior stakeholders (CEO, top management) within each carrier.

You drive your account plans by influencing and collaborating cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to bring the best of Apple to your partners.

You collaborate closely with internal and external partners to create plans and programs that scale the business and drive adoption of the Apple ecosystem by delivering amazing customer experiences.

You manage all operational elements of the accounts to optimise customer experiences and sales performance.

You negotiate and manage all contractual agreements between Apple and your partners.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between and €108,200 & €162,300 and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
  • Proven depth of experience in telco, commercial, account management or consulting.
  • Deep knowledge of the latest trends and insights in the Telco industry.
  • Fluency in English. Speaking Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian is an advantage.
