Description
In this role, you will drive our Business Operations function in collaboration with IS&T and all Operations Business functions to triage and project managing all P1 systems issues. You will also drive strategic vision, along with RCA and Preventative measures (ensuring a 360 degree close the loop process) to further harden our systems, ensuring that we drive to our ambitious goal of Zero P1’s incidents.

You will devise and implement process & systems solutions that meet the needs of our dynamic business conditions, and partner with our IS&T team to deliver these solutions. Applying project management methodology to support the completion of key projects, you will lead and handle multi-functional projects. You'll need to maintain priorities and deadlines, and maintain an excellent level of focus on detail. You will bring a strong customer service ethos, as well as superb communication and computing skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IS&T to drive a best-in-class Business Operations systems support model.
• Triage and investigate systems issues in depth, with the ability to clearly communicate complex issues to senior leadership.
• Evolve the strategic vision for Business Operations, including the execution plan to achieve this.
• Collaborate with IS&T to implement an ambitious zero P1 goal.
• Ensure all priority systems tickets are captured and triaged with key stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
• Manage each issue from creation through to resolution, followed by full root cause analysis and future preventative agreements with IS&T partners.
• Analyse P1 systems issues and trends, driving process and systems change based on findings.
• Establish and maintain professional and open relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Understand business needs and approach problems with creativity and new ideas.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience of ERP systems and databases, as well as delivering multi-system and cross-functional projects in a complex IT landscape.
• Experience leading and managing projects with the ability to maintain priorities and deadlines.
• Analytical problem-solving skills with a solution-focused approach.
• Communication, presentation and influencing skills with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
• Ability to maintain focus on detail while retaining sight of the bigger picture.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Humanities, Business, Commerce, Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be fully considered.
• Experience in supply chain technologies.
