Apple Music is seeking a Front of House Manager to join the studios team at Battersea. We are seeking a highly organized, passionate, and personable individual that will proactively develop and manage the day to day events and activities in our studio in Battersea, working closely with the Talent Relations and Production teams. This role is critical in setting the tone for our creative space and being the face of the studio, ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and high-functioning environment for our internal teams, VIP guests, partners and customers.

The Front of House Manager will act as the main point of contact for public-facing events, as well as being responsible for coordinating and managing daily talent and guest operations at our production studio. This role will manage the smooth functioning of FOH operations at the studio, ensuring that each guest and partner entering the space has a positive experience. Responsibilities
- Partner with internal teams to implement and manage operational plans for the Space including visitors, ticketing and front of houses services.
- Manage vendor and service providers to ensure operational plans are implemented to the highest possible standard.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive staff briefings to ensure all members of the front-of-house team are informed and equipped to deliver the highest levels of guest service.
- Coordinate with the accessibility team to ensure that dedicated access, facilities and equipment is provided for events, productions and activations.
- Create a warm, professional, and secure front-of-house environment that reflects our studio values. Ensuring best-in-class guest experience at every touchpoint.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Talent and Security teams for any fan facing events to ensure quality of service.
- Support Artist & Talent teams with hospitality requests to ensure a seamless experience.
- Work closely with F&B vendors for operations, menus and service
- Coordinate arrangements for cleaning and scheduled maintenance with the facilities team.
- Plan ahead to tailor FOH operations for each activity, to include arrival communications, ticketing, entry, way finding and in-venue experience.
- Assist in planning and executing internal and external events, offsite workshops, or team moments.
- Maintain the studio's appearance to the highest standards — clean, safe, and studio-ready at all times.
- Partner with the Production, Engineering and Facilities teams to resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with the requirements set out in the premises licence.
- Track and order supplies, handle deliveries, and ensure all front-of-house systems run smoothly.
- Extensive demonstrable experience at venue, front-of-house and/or hospitality (creative, music, or production environments preferred) including extensive F&B service, ticketing and security operations.
- A deep understanding of venue operations and guest experience in high-profile environments.
- Proven capability of curating and managing guest experiences at world-class events.
- Outstanding communication, planning, creative and critical thinking skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining strategic, flexible and proactive, and maintaining a high attention to detail while juggling multiple priorities with tight timelines.
- A passion for planning the finer details and a good understanding that strong operations are the foundation of great creative work.
- Well-versed in pop culture, music, guest hospitality and passionate about the entertainment landscape.
- Existing relationships across the entertainment industry is ideal.
- High emotional intelligence, the ability to read a room, anticipate needs and move things forward proactively.
- The ability to work to flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and adapt to rapidly changing production and artist schedules.
- A Personal License holder.
- Proficient in building presentations in Apple Keynote.
