We are seeking a Volunteering, Inclusion & Diversity Operations Student to join our Team and support the execution of volunteering, Inclusion & Diversity, and employee community initiatives across Apple Israel.

Description
In this role, you will help bring projects to life by supporting logistics, coordination, administration, and on-site execution, working closely with internal teams, employees, external vendors, and community partners.

Location: Herzliya (primary); travel to Haifa as needed

Availability: Minimum 4 days per week

Responsibilities
  • Support planning and execution of volunteering projects, I&D initiatives, and employee community programs
  • Manage logistics: scheduling, supplier coordination, materials procurement, registration, and event preparation
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, nonprofits, and community partners
  • Provide on-site/external venues support during events and activities
  • Handle multiple parallel projects with precision and attention to detail
  • Help identify ways to improve processes, create efficiencies, and support scalable project execution

Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or event production.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for social impact, a strong connection/ experience in the social filed.
  • Strong administrative & execution skills and high attention to details.
  • Highly organized, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage changing priorities, and support several projects in parallel.
  • Strong execution skills and a hands-on approach.
  • “Can-do” & “Whatever it takes” attitude with willingness to take ownership and support changing needs.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Availability to at least 4 days a week, with flexibility to travel between sites per need.
  • Fluent English and Hebrew written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Education & Experience
  • Second-year student or above in related fields (Human Resources/ Organizational Development etc.).
