Apple is a place where extraordinary people gather to do their best work. Together we create products and experiences people once couldn’t have imagined - and now can’t imagine living without. If you’re motivated by the idea of making a real impact, and joining a team where we pride ourselves in being one of the most diverse and inclusive companies in the world, a career with Apple might be your dream job!

You will become a member of the Sales Finance team at Apple. With approximately 120 employees based across 4 locational hubs within EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa), we create value, collaborating with many teams to provide outstanding commercial and financial support. We set the bar high; go out of our way to help others; share knowledge; filter out noise to focus on the essential; encourage the very best from ourselves and the team; and drive the right course of action. To do all of this you will be an excellent communicator, collaborator and innovator, with a passion for debate and inclusion.

The purpose of this role is as an analyst on the Demand Generation team, which is part of the EMEIA Sales Finance.

Description
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Finance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will do more than manage the numbers—you will actively reshape how we analyze them. We need a forward-thinking finance professional who is passionate about process improvement, automation, and leveraging AI tools to drive efficiencies.

As part of a lean, high-impact team, you should be a highly collaborative self-starter who is willing to roll up your sleeves and assist across different areas as business priorities shift. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and is eager to pilot modern technologies to transform raw data into clear, actionable strategic insights.

Responsibilities
  • Process & AI Innovation: Identify and automate manual bottlenecks, pilot AI-driven tools, and establish more efficient forecasting and reporting workflows.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Support end-to-end demand generation (planning, forecasting, and reporting), evaluate business cases, and manage the deals pipeline.
  • Governance & Performance Management: Monitor current-quarter DG performance against forecast, identify risks, and deliver quarterly EMEIA post mortems.
  • Executive Partnership: Synthesize complex sales and financial datasets into clear, polished presentations and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Team Agility: Support a small dynamic team by remaining flexible and willing to pitch in on varied tasks and high-priority initiatives as immediate needs arise.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Change & Value Creation: A proven track record of leading process improvements, managing change, and driving efficiency gains in a finance or analytical role.
  • AI & Technical Aptitude: A strong interest in or hands-on experience utilizing AI-driven technologies, prompt engineering, automated data pipelines, or advanced visualization tools to optimize workflows.
  • Analytical Mastery: Exceptional analytical skills, with advanced Excel experience and the ability to manipulate and synthesize large, ambiguous datasets.
  • Collaborative & Adaptable: Thrives in a small, lean team environment; possesses a strong “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude with a willingness to assist on varied tasks as priorities shift.
  • Strategic Communication: Accomplished presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex financial analysis clearly to senior leadership.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong business acumen, with experience evaluating business cases and advising cross-functional partners on investment decisions.
  • Resilience & Drive: A top-performer mindset with comfort navigating ambiguous situations in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
