- Develop deep product knowledge to effectively troubleshoot issues and communicate between users and engineers
- Ensure business requirements are accurately translated and captured into development requirements

- Build relationships with internal business partners to understand their needs and advocate for their experience
- Experience in software engineering, quality engineering, or application operations as part of a team and understanding of software development lifecycle and agile/sprint-based delivery processes
- Experience with testing methodologies — manual testing, UAT, regression, and exploratory testing and strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills — able to investigate issues across application layers
- Clear written and verbal communication — able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences and familiarity with issue tracking, project management tools, and documentation practices
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Experience with Apple platforms (macOS, iOS) from a testing or operations perspective
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release management processes
- Experience with test automation frameworks (XCTest, XCUITest, or similar)
- Exposure to native application development in Swift or SwiftUI
- Experience in a customer-facing or support role that required escalation management
