Appleʼs Sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This, in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team, is in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers.

The Canadian Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) team is responsible for ensuring that customers have the best possible experience anywhere Apple products are sold across our Channel Retail partners. Apple expects innovation and excellence in every part of the company, and the CSO team meets that challenge by ensuring the collaborative development of strategy, the seamless execution of program deployment and lifecycle management, training & advocacy engagement, product launches and program execution/briefings. We see the customer journey holistically, and view a customers interactions with channel partner environments, Apple demo products and Partner sales staff as being essential component of the customer experience.

As the leader of Product Launches & Strategic Projects on the Canadian CSO team, you will lead the operational planning and cross-functional steering of new product launches across Canada. You will also drive and support strategic projects that require broad cross-functional steering and alignment, in an effort to push continuous improvement and the broader in-store and partner experience forward.

Description
The Canada CSO team drives key program deployments across Apple’s channel environment. Connected closely with global teams, local sales, finance, marketing, and external partners, they align business goals with partner needs to deliver an exceptional customer experience backed by data and insights.

In This Capacity, You Will
  • Lead cross-functional coordination and communications across all Canadian stakeholder teams and routes-to-market during new product introductions (NPI)
  • Lead product launch planning and post-effort review for Canada in collaboration with Global teams
  • Lead cross-functional adoption of worldwide and local transformational projects

Actively explore opportunities to streamline and innovate processes through AI and emerging technologies

  • Be a role model and advocate for the company’s values and principles
  • Be willing to travel locally/domestically (10%) and internationally (5%)

Minimum Qualifications
  • Generally requires 8+ years of experience in a related role
  • Ability to thrive in an environment of influence without control
  • Proven experience with, and passion for, process improvement and automation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate relevant information concisely to all levels of internal and partner organizations
  • Comfortable juggling several unrelated projects with competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders
  • Commitment to provide a consistent and unparalleled customer experience
  • Self-starter with exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Proven consultative skills and the ability to develop relationships quickly
  • Perform well in high-pressure situations and be comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Able to work independently and as part of a global, cross-functional team
  • Open to, proactively ask for, and act on feedback when received
  • Strong learning agility and change management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management experience in an agile environment
  • User experience with Apple hardware and software products
  • Detailed knowledge of the Canadian retail landscape

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $115,700 and $173,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple Inc.’s discretionary employee stock programs.
