In this position, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing partners as well as helping to drive the adoption of new features and services. You will work cross functionally with Technical, Product, Operations, Legal and Marketing teams, both within Apple and the ecosystem of partners including Issuers, Networks, Processors and Payment Schemes.
This is a full-time role within the Wallet, Payments, and Commerce team, based in our Sydney office.
Description
Establish, develop and grow business relationships with Apple Pay Card Issuers, payment networks and other partners in the payment value chain.
Lead all aspects of partner relationships ranging from day to day management through to the introduction of new projects and features.
Drive partner implementation of solutions and features, ensuring all product requirements are completed to the highest standards
Monitor, track and optimise the performance of key KPIs
Work with Apple Product and Engineering teams to influence product roadmap by demonstrating knowledge gained from the market, partners and customers
Provide high quality communications to business leaders both within Apple and partners

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degrees in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent desirable.
- 10-15+ years business development or partnership experience
- Experience working on digital services along with experience and knowledge of the Australian payment landscape.
- Excellent judgment, presence and mature personality; experience working with a wide range of cross functional teams both internal and external
- Self-starter who works effectively in a fast paced environment and is comfortable managing ambiguity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Problem solving, negotiating, influencing, conflict resolution and decision making skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to analyse opportunities from many angles (both quantitative and qualitative), and drives appropriate performance tracking and analysis.
