Responsibilities
  • Build annual marketing plans with key partners, ensuring alignment with overall sales strategies and focus areas.
  • Manage the quarterly investment process end to end — from budget planning through omnichannel campaign execution to ROI analysis — in close collaboration with finance and sales.
  • Work to constantly improve partners marketing efforts with a data-driven approach considering, e.g. ROI analysis and A/B testing and guide partners to build online capabilities that improve omni-channel experience and drive sales.
  • Help partners manage and optimise customer relationships using CRM systems and tools — defining metrics, implementing strategies, analysing data and generating actionable insights to improve engagement and retention.
  • Educate partners on Apple's marketing assets, guidelines and product launch communications.
  • Present marketing activities and results to C-level audiences — both at partners and internally — to secure buy-in, budget allocation or evaluate performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and shopper insights to inform business decisions.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Min. 6 years of experience in a marketing/advertising agency or in-house marketing communications organisation, with hands-on multi-market campaign delivery and extensive digital marketing experience.

  • Experience in the consumer electronics industry, ideally across the DACH markets.
  • Experience in CRM from strategy through execution and performance analysis, including app-based channels and push notification strategies alongside traditional eCRM.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI tools and their application in marketing.
  • Data-driven with proven analytical skills; proficient in site analytics, campaign analytics and data-informed decision-making.
  • Ability to inspire, influence and collaborate across functions and organisational levels.
  • Fluent in German and English. French and/or Italian is a benefit.

Preferred Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree
