As Growth Marketing Manager you’ll be our marketing visionary, always reaching for the next target for Lex. You’ll be spreading the word of Lex to queer community around the world. This is a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of a generational app for the future of queer connection.
NYC-based & US right to work is a requirement.
You will manage two Social Media Specialists.
You will report to the CEO.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
🔥 You have built and executed successful marketing campaigns from start to finish,
from strategy to analytics
📲 You have 3+ years experience creating marketing strategy and analytic tracking
♻️ You have 3+ experience with SEO and/or ASO
✅ You’ve marketed products/startups and built social channels to and above 100k followers
🌈 You have 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment
(ideally for a brand, ideally for a app or product, but is not required)
👏 You have 2+ years of experience managing people (teammates/freelancers/influencers)
RESPONSIBILITIES
🟡 SET & MEET MARKETING STRATEGY & GOALS
Work in collaboration with CEO on Lex big brand vision.
Plan annual, quarterly marketing strategy & create calendars.
Set and report on OKRs and weekly download goals.
🔵 EXECUTE ON ACQUISITION TACTICS TO GROW LEX COMMUNITY
Optimize Lex’s presence (run a/b tests) in the App Store and Google Play to ensure we’re on track to meet our goals.
Manage Social Media Specialist to create viral videos across TikTok, Instagram & You Tube. Recruit and manage influencers.
Spearheading new and creative paid media campaigns outside of organic social (paid ads, outdoor, PR, podcast). Supported by designer.
Strategy, planning & execution for brand partnerships, collaborations, and events at Lex. Supported by Operations Specialist.
Plan and organize photo & video shoots. Work with vendors, designers to create quality merchandise. Supported by Operations Specialist & designer.
🟣 SUPPORT PRODUCT LEAD GROWTH
Work with product & growth teams to brainstorm new features (and ensure they are on brand).
Writing in-app copy for app features. Editing copy for customer support messages and Help Desk articles. Supported by customer support specialist.

COMPENSATION
SALARY BANDS
$74k-$126K* + Equity
*Based on compensation data from Carta for the size company, level,
seed stage, 5-15 employees in 2023 and depending on experience.
