Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of B2B SaaS sales professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management
  • Establish and execute sales strategies to drive customer acquisition across Mainstreet's suite of back-office solutions
  • Build and optimize sales processes, methodologies, and playbooks for consistent team performance
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on lead generation and conversion strategies
  • Forecast sales performance, track key metrics, and report on team progress to executive leadership
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members to scale the organization
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key prospects and strategic accounts
  • Work closely with product teams to provide customer feedback and influence product roadmap
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing high-performance B2B SaaS sales teams
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing successful sales professionals
  • Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot for sales process management and customer relationship management
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience selling to small business owners and understanding their pain points
  • Data-driven approach to sales management with strong analytical skills

  • Experience in fintech, accounting, or tax services industry
  • Background selling business back-office solutions or financial services
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment
