Revenue Operations Manager

Join us as a dynamic RevOps & Project Manager to optimize sales, enhance operations, and drive revenue growth through strategic enablement, event coordination, and cross-functional project leadership.

DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to join our team. This hybrid role is essential for optimizing sales and operational efficiency while also driving sales enablement efforts through effective event analysis, conference coordination, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in RevOps, sales enablement, and managing cross-functional initiatives that contribute to revenue growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Revenue Operations: Develop, optimize, and oversee the revenue operations framework, aligning cross-functional teams and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance the revenue cycle and operational efficiency.
  • Sales Enablement: Design and execute sales enablement strategies, including tools, training, and event coordination, to empower the sales team and drive revenue growth.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional strategic projects, leveraging methodologies and tools to ensure efficient execution, alignment, and effective communication across teams.
  • Systems & Tools Management: Manage and optimize RevOps tools and CRMs while driving adoption and training to boost sales productivity and process efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS

Technical skills & qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or related fields.

  • Proven experience in project management, with expertise in tools such as Asana, Trello, or equivalent platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Experience in event planning, logistics, and ROI analysis is a plus.

  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools. (Hubspot experience required)

People skills & traits

  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
