We’re looking for a driven, organized, and friendly Sourcing Manager to help us grow our team while leading & building out our sourcing function and serving as an expert for our sourcing team.
You'll be responsible for building diverse candidate pipelines, creating great candidate experience, and bringing new and innovative ideas to the team.

As a company, our mission is to make payments safer and easier for everyone. We started with a consumer product that helps people spend more safely using virtual payment cards. Then we launched a simple, modern API to make our payment and card issuing infrastructure available to other startups, fintechs, and brands. Today, that infrastructure powers hundreds of millions of dollars in payments for consumers and some of the most innovative companies in the world.
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain a high quality candidate pipeline across engineering, product, design, operations, and other roles.- You'll have the space from nearly the ground up to define the future of our sourcing function including processes, metrics, and growth.- Train & mentor Lithic's sourcing & recruiting teams as the definitive expert on all things sourcing.
- Keep diversity as a top goal as you build a pipeline that reflects the diverse world we live in.
- Continuously improve and iterate on the candidate process as we strive to offer a best in class interview experience.
- Help build our employer brand and establish Lithic as one of the best places to work in NYC (& remotely)!
We’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience primarily in Technical Sourcing. Ideally with experience leading other sourcers and "owning" the processes.- Deep understanding of how to source for candidates within software engineering, product, and design.
- A well-defined sourcing process grounded in data and analytics.
- Someone who is not only a "great" technical sourcer, but is also excited to be a people manager responsible for the growth of those around them.
- Resourcefulness and an ability to think outside the box (i.e. someone who can develop and use creative strategies to attract candidates).
- Commitment to building diverse and inclusive teams.
